Reasons Why [The World Ends With You]

Title: Reasons Why
World: The World Ends With You
Summary: Some things have changed and some things have stayed the same... but mostly, they've changed. A week of Neku's life, post-Reaper's Game.
Notes: I thought I'd posted this already, but apparently I hadn't. (Well, not here, anyway. It's been up on ff.net for a while now.) I've been trying to expand this into something larger, but it's not working out very well, so for now there's just this.

On the first day, there were twenty-six: )

Meet Me at the Bar [Mass Effect][SPOILERS]

Title: Meet Me at the Bar
World: Mass Effect
Summary: Cameron Shepard brings an end to the Reaper War.
Notes: MASS EFFECT 3 SPOILERS LIKE WHOA. I wrote this right after I beat the game. It is fix-it fic and it is mostly unedited. Also, despite all the Garrus dialogue on this end, Cam actually romanced Kaidan and then Thane. And there is swearing because Cam is a potty-mouth.

Shepard and Vakarian, storming heaven... I guess there are worse ways this could end. )

Last note: And that is how I tried to make it better. (Also there's totally a whole resort-thing there; they just haven't found it yet.)

Chasing A Starlight: Interludes One through Three

Title: Interlude One - Cooking With Haru
World: Chasing A Starlight
Summary: She can't cook. He can't bake. They manage to make the most of it anyway.
Notes: Fits in after Albert's Legacy - clearly, Catherine's bakery puts food on Mao's brain.

Together they make one whole chef! )

---

Title: Picnicking in the Rain
World: Chasing A Starlight
Summary: A little rain isn't going to stop Haru from making the most of his afternoon with Mao.
Notes: Fits in after Christian's Inferno; Damien's fierce storm reminds Mao of another place and time.

Every cloud has a silver lining. Or something like that. )

Title: Five Texts Mao Didn't Send (And One She Did)
World: Chasing A Starlight
Summary: Mao figures it's pointless trying to send him anything - the texts probably won't even go through. But it's worth the risk, at least once.
Notes: Fits in after Malice, though some of the texts are from later in the timeline. Time is a fairly mutable thing in the multiverse, after all.

Travelling the pluralistic cosmos isn't all sunshine and rainbows, you know. )

Five Conversations R+G Didn't Have [Hamlet]

Title: Five Conversations Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Didn't Have (And One They Did)
Fandom: Hamlet (!!)
Summary: Exactly what it says on the tin.
Notes: 5+1 fic is surprisingly fun. Also, "I need four more pages of character analysis. ...oh, I know! I'll write fanfiction!" is how this came to be.

Have you heard the news that you're dead? )

Chicago is So Two Years Ago

Title: Time, or Chicago is So Two Years Ago
World: Exanimare
Summary: Azel's night starts with Malcolm and ends with Malcolm's dead girlfriend.
Notes: The bridge of Fall Out Boy's Chicago is So Two Years Ago inspired this - or at least it inspired the second half, which was going to be its own story but worked well with the first half, which I already had. Azel's seventeen in this, so it takes place about two years after Introduction.

The only thing you'll get is this curse on your lips--I hope they taste of me forever. )

Introduction

Title: Introduction
World: Exanimare
Summary: Azel has a problem. Malcolm is the solution.
Notes: I've been writing this verse really disjointedly; it's basically a series of one-shots. This is the first one I wrote, and it also takes place first chronologically. (I also wrote this one entirely because I wanted to use that line at the end.)

The streets were nearly deserted at this time of night. )
